My Story

Embodied Breathwork changed my life.

I first found breathwork through a six-week course, not fully knowing what I was stepping into — and experienced profound transformation in a short period of time. That experience opened a door to deep healing, self-trust, and liberation, and breathwork has remained a regular and essential part of my personal and professional journey ever since.

This practice helped me meet parts of myself I had kept hidden, release old patterns held in the body, and reclaim my sense of wholeness and purpose. I knew I wanted to share this work with others — not as a quick fix, but as a powerful pathway for healing, empowerment, and integration.

I also breathed consciously throughout my pregnancy, using breathwork as a tool for regulation, trust, and connection — and quite literally breathed my baby into the world. Postpartum, breathwork supported my recovery, nervous system regulation, and emotional processing during a time of profound change.

How Embodied Breathwork Has Supported Me

Shadow integration & self-acceptance

Breathwork allowed me to identify where I was stuck in self-limiting beliefs and unconscious patterns. Through this practice, I learned to meet all parts of myself with compassion, integrate my shadow, and recognise pain as a source of wisdom and strength rather than something to resist or suppress.

Emotional & somatic release

Through conscious breathing and somatic release techniques, I’ve been able to release stored tension, emotion, and old wounds held in the body, heart, and nervous system. This work has opened access to deep states of presence, relief, and at times, profound peace and bliss.

Anxiety & depression

Breathwork helped me understand anxiety at its root rather than identifying with it. By working with the body and nervous system, and releasing layers of shame around mental health, healing became possible in a way that felt embodied and lasting.

Trauma healing

Through this work, I was able to safely process and integrate experiences of trauma, including sexual trauma, releasing shame, blame, and suppressed emotion. Breathwork supported a shift from identifying as a victim to reclaiming my voice, agency, and inner strength.

Empowerment & purpose

Breathwork connected me deeply to my heart and intuition. It supported me in making courageous life changes, trusting the unknown, and stepping fully into my purpose with clarity and integrity.

What Is Embodied Breathwork?

A trauma-informed, body-led approach to breathwork

Embodied Breathwork is a conscious, connected breathing practice combined with somatic release techniques to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and subconscious healing.

Through this dynamic yet grounded approach, the brain shifts from habitual beta states into alpha and theta states, allowing access to subconscious material where deep healing and insight can occur. Somatic techniques may include gentle movement, sound, expression, and guided release to support integration and safety in the body.

Sessions are trauma-informed, consent-based, and paced to meet you where you are.

Wild Love Breathwork

An expressive breathwork journey for emotional liberation

Wild Love is a different style of breathwork — more expressive, cathartic, and energetically activating.

While Embodied Breathwork focuses on regulation, integration, and trauma-informed healing, Wild Love is designed for:

  • Emotional liberation

  • Heart opening

  • Creative expression

  • Reclaiming aliveness and pleasure

Wild Love sessions are typically offered in group or ceremonial settings and are not intended as trauma-processing containers. I will always guide you toward the most appropriate offering based on your needs.

Postpartum Embodied Breathwork

Holding the mother, not just the moment

Postpartum is a profound rite of passage — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Postpartum Embodied Breathwork is a gentle, trauma-informed offering designed to support recovery, regulation, and reconnection during the months after birth.

I breathed consciously throughout my pregnancy and during birth itself, using breath as an anchor for trust, presence, and surrender. Postpartum, breathwork became a vital tool for nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and reclaiming a sense of self during a time of immense transition.

This offering is informed both by professional training and lived experience.

Postpartum Embodied Breathwork may support:

  • Nervous system regulation after birth

  • Processing birth experiences (including trauma or disappointment)

  • Emotional release and hormonal transition

  • Reconnection to body and breath

  • Fatigue, overwhelm, and anxiety

  • Identity shifts and self-trust

  • Gentle strengthening of breath and core awareness

Sessions are slow, supportive, and responsive — honouring the postpartum body and nervous system.

Session Structure

Guided, paced, and designed for integration

Individual Embodied Breathwork sessions are approximately 2 hours and may include:

  • Pre-session intake or discovery call

  • Intention setting and check-in

  • Guided breathwork with somatic release

  • Integration and closing reflection

Each session is tailored to your nervous system, intentions, and lived experience.

How Many Sessions Should I Book?

Single sessions can be powerful, however deeper and more sustainable change is often supported through a series.

Traditionally, an 8-session journey is recommended to allow time for integration, pattern change, and embodied transformation. Sessions can be booked individually or as a package, depending on the level of support you are seeking.
