The Full Moon of Libra invites us to find harmony and arrive back in the present. You'll be guided through a sacred journey inviting you to let the whispers of mama cacao run through your veins and ground you in the wings of compassion.

Learn to breathe your own medicine and illuminate any blockages in the light of love through a deep Breathwork experience. We will travel deep into the portal of our ancestral wisdom through powerful Rebirthing Breathwork, helping us enter our subconscious theta brainstate to open up to the highest dimension of love and let that fill every cell in our being.  A Sound Immersion will guide us into deep relaxation so the medicine of breath can integrate into deep understanding, align our focus, and guide us on our paths. Crystal singing bowls, shamanic drums, Hangdrums, Harp Bowls, wind Chimes, vocals, will guide you into a space of integration and sweet surrender.

Private sessions may be suitable.  Your Facilitators: Destiny Wolf is a Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Sound Healer, Rebirthing Breathwork Facilitator, and Ceremonialist. She offers movement, breath, meditation, and sound practices to help you feel nourished, connected, and empowered in your wholeness and belonging. She hosts community events to help you connect and celebrate what it is to be alive and to surf the waves of existence.  Bess Wittingslow is a Sound Healer, Reiki, Ceremonialist, Meditation & Yoga Teacher. Leading from her heart Bess guides you into The Art of Ceremony and awakening to your true self. She infuses her love of sound, ritual, movement and creative self-expression into all of her offerings. It is her mission to raise the vibrations of the collective, so that we are in more harmony with ourselves, each other and the earth.
